Geissorhiza radians

An example of a winter-growing South African bulb that is particularly known from the Malmesbury district of the Western Cape, where it can be found on seasonally-damp sandy soils. It is a member of the Iridaceae family and is one of a group of similar species that are often known as "wine cups".
